Experience

Our company – Bus-Trans-Fair Ltd. and its predecessor - has been active in the bus rental business since 1990. In the past decades we have gained substantial experience in organizing classic tourist programs as well as trips for institutions, companies, private customers, including delegations and diplomatic groups. We have a country-wide net of partners which enable us to provide competitive solutions not only for trips starting in or around Budapest but also the countryside.

Quality

We offer for rental buses of all sizes and comfort levels. Our comfortable buses are equipped with air conditioning, safety belts, microphone and GPS. On certain vehicles passengers can use toilet, DVD player and WiFi. Our widely experienced colleagues can assist our customers not only with useful information about the bus rental but also finding the most optimal route and estimating the travel duration of the trip.

Safety

The vehicles of our fleet are continuously maintained and checked for quality and security. They meet not only the local but also the strict international requirements which define technical and quality norms and specifications. Our bus drivers have the necessary and legally required qualifications and many years’ driving experience. They ensure the safety of the travellers by adhering to the regulations on the mandatory resting times. We have been a member of the Bus Council of the Federation of National Private Transporters (NiT Hungary) for decades. Our company has a liability insurance at Generali Insurance Ltd. which we have never had to utilize.

Guarantee

The buses are coordinated from our Budapest office. Our regular customers have appointed account executives assisting them with fast and personalized service. We provide a hotline contact mobile number available 7/24 for our customers for the entire duration of their trip.
